Sister Cities of Vandalia held their Christmas Dinner on Wednesday, December 9, 2009. The evening began at 7:00 PM with the welcome address by Harvey Kimmel. The blessing was given by Suzanne Jordan. After the meal, the guest were entertained by the Von Sister Cities Singers.
